The Reformer class is designed to strengthen and stretching every single muscle in various positions and it provides fun filled experience all over whole body workout.
Reformer Class
It is fundamental Pilates workout, based on Pilates Principles and the focus is on strengthening the core, stabilising the spine and improving posture.
Pure Pilates Mat
Designed for mums to be to maintain their strength during the pregnancy. It can be performed through all trimesters and toward the end of pregnancy depending on the individual’s ability.
Prenatal Reformer
Designed for mums to safely start to reconnect and build up the core strength again while working on stabilising and imbalanced muscles.

Why Pilates?

Pilates was originally invented by Joseph H Pilates in 1920s. He promoted Pilates method to strengthen peoples body and to heal their aches and pains.

Pilates is based on number of Pilates Principles and that includes concentration on correct posture and body positon, control movement patterns, muscles activation and breathing.

Every Pilates exercise focuses on activation of the centre of the body, improve the posture, prevent injury and stabilise the spine of the body to work from to produce movement and strength.

It is maintaining control of every day movement and it helps and aligns with other sports.

Pilates works on strengthening and toning the entire body. It is the most effective form of exercise to change body shape.

Pilates is not a quick fix it is a permanent change and continues education for life.
