I was looking for an exercise that would strengthen by abilities as I am getting older and I find Pilates is for me my trainer Marijeta is so great taking her time to explain why we do things the way we do and the benefits we get to our body. I always come away from her classes energised and positive which everyone needs to feel in this busy lifestyle we all keep. I highly recommend for anyone shape or size to give t Pilates a go.

Marijeta is a fantastic Pilates instructor, and brings her passion to every single class. I have been with Marijeta for over 4 years and I am really enjoying the new small group reformer classes!
