Useful information about paying for and attending classes at T-Power Pilates

BOOKINGS

  • All classes must be booked and paid in advance of attendance through our booking system.
  • Refunds are not available.
  • All class packages have an expiry date and unused class credits cannot be transferred or be used.
  • For each class pack, there is an expiry date calculated from the date of purchase.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they can attend all classes within the period of use and keep track of the expiry date.
  • T-Power Pilates reserves the right to cancel any group classes with less than 2 booked participants.
  • Parents are required to supervise their children during the Mums and Bubs class. 
  • T-Power Pilates does not provide child supervision services.
  • The class timetable is subject to change and the addition of new classes.
  • All classes run for 50 minutes.

CANCELLATIONS

  • We have 12 hours cancellation policy.
  • Early Cancellation is a class cancelled with more than 12 hours notice, no charge but we highly recommend rebooking for another day in the same week to ensure you use your class credits before the expiry date.
  • Late Cancellation is a class cancelled within the 12 hour period before the class starts, charged the rate from your class package.
  • All classes must be cancelled through our booking system.
  • Makeup classes are subject to availability and different circumstances and are not guaranteed.

STUDIO

  • Wear comfortable workout clothing and tie long hair back.
  • Gripped socks must be worn for all Reformer classes.
  • Bring a bath size towel along to your class.
  • Both gripped socks and towels will be available to purchase at the studio.
  • If you wish to wear looser-fitting short shorts please pair them with bicycle tights underneath.

ONLINE

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide a safe and clear environment to take T-Power Pilates online classes and be able to participate.
  • The clients must be free of injury and understand the basic principles of Pilates movements.
  • If clients are pregnant and recently given birth must seek medical advice before participating T-Power Pilates online classes.
  • Must comply with direction and guidelines given by the Instructor during an online class.
  • Bookings are essential for all online classes and must sign a Liability Waiver upon bookings in our booking system.
